The music is pumped through speakers hidden in the trees. The revelers wander along the pathways, some seeking solace or a moments break from the madness of the main arenas, others simply lost. Mist and smoke drift around the Ambient Lake stage and the assembled congregation slow dance to reggae, electronica and, well, just about anything with a discernible pulse. This is like nothing else at the festival. This episode is a recording of the music I played around sunset at 7th Heaven, a beautiful bar on the edge of a cliff, in Corfu. It’s at the north easterly tip of Greece. The sun sets into the water between two islands that are the last bit of land between there and Italy.
